PSE were appointed to provide structural design services for a large 4 storey new build house (circa 15,000 sq ft) located in the Royal Borough of Kingston.
Construction comprised of a secant piled basement and a steel frame superstructure with a precast infill to create large open plan spaces.
The PSE team adopted a 3D modelling approach which enabled effective design co-ordination with the wider design team.
